1. Shipping Locations:

We ship today to Australia. Although we may not reach your doorstep across the border, we will still try our best to get our product to you, whether you stay in a big city or a rural area. We do not ship abroad yet.

2. Shipping Options / Delivery Times:

We have a number of shipping options to suit your preference:

Standard Shipping: The standard shipping is the most inexpensive option. Normally, shipping times are 3-5 business days; however, shipping times will depend on your location. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery times are based on your distance from the distribution centers.

Express Shipping: If the delivery needs to be quick, we ship within 1-3 business days. We process the order as per the requirement at or before 12 PM AEST on a business day, and if an order is placed after 12 PM AEST, we may process it on the next business day.

Same-Day Delivery: Available same-day when your order is placed by 10 a.m. AEST in metropolitan areas; it may not be available for all locations and days because deliveries are only made on certain days in some areas.

3. Shipping Costs:

The delivery option chosen and the destination determine the shipping costs. Shipping fees for the following are:

 

Standard Shipping: $7.95 per order for a fixed shipping charge.

Express Shipping: $14.95 per order

Same-Day Delivery: Same $29.95 in select areas

4. Tracking Your Order:

Once we dispatch the order, you shall receive an email from us including the tracking number. You can track the status of your delivery by using the tracking number provided either on our website or the courier’s tracking system.
